Safari 4.0.5 https preview

Hello I'm new here. I have a question about safari 4.0.5 (OS X 10.5.8). I cleaned up my mac with onyx and found that there was no preview for top sites and history cover flow. There is only black window with safari logo. I reset safari, emptied cash, but it didn't help. How to fix it?
