USB ports dead

Hi everyone,

Great website that has solved alot of my problems previous and im hoping i can get some help again :) i have just updated my imac OSX software with all the updates restarted the computer and everything worked fine in OSX. I then restarted and went to go into my windows 7 partition and even tho windows booted it to the welcome screen fine all of the USB ports are dead so i cant use the mouse of keyboard

Nightmare as i have work to do on windows tonight :/

Anyone got any ideas what the problem may be and how to fix it? thanks in advance for any help :)

In order to get the maximum help from this forum, you need to help us help you. How about providing information about your system?

Are the USB ports working when you boot to OS X? If they are, try reinstalling the Windows drivers while in Windows.
