MacBook Pro Running Snow Leopard out of the box
Hi, well this is actually the second time I've had this problem. I while back when the iPad presentation was posted on Apple's website I clicked the link to open it in QuickTime, but it wouldn't work. It just looked like the image below and nothing happened. Now the same thing's happening with the Apple iPhone OS 4 Event (Apple - QuickTime - April 2010 Apple Special Event). I click watch the presentation then QuickTime Player opens a movie with just a black screen, I click play and then the the window's frozen like the picture below.

I am running OS 10.6.3 on the newest 13" MacBook Pro

I'm using QuickTime Player 10.0

By the way, I noticed that when I wait a few minutes before clicking the play button of the video the dots on the blue dots on the bottom move for a sec as if they're loading something, but then they immediately stop.

Oh, and other movie files I have play fine in QuickTime

Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks in advance!
