Argh- grey space in Project Library after sending movie to trash

Well I found out the answer to my question - the hard way. Don't put movies in the trash if you've used parts of them in your Project Library. So - now that I have restored the movies back to Imovie - does anyone know how to restore the highlight clips in Project Library? If I run my cursor over the grey areas, the movie shows up in the thumbnail clips but not where the movie runs. Therefore, the clips are not able to be viewed. Is there a quick fix or do I have to go through the entire movie again and reselect these clips? Argh. I thought I was doing so well and now this. :(:Grimmace::Oops:
