Synchronise Iphone Calendar, Ical and Google agenda

Hi,

Is there a way to synchronise Iphone calendar, Ical and Google calendar in a way that wherever I put an appointment (for example on Google agenda) it automatically synchronises with my Iphone calendar (on my wifi connection) and on Ical on my macbook.
