Can't find “com.apple.Boot.plist”

i need help!! please!

i need help, i have a macbook pro and cant find “com.apple.Boot.plist”. i was looking for it in the spotlight searcher and nothing! anyone can help e with that?

/Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/com.apple.Boot.plist

and it should be the 3rd .plist

would be a much better title. Then you can say "Help, please!" in your post.

What if everyone used such a generic title? Please be descriptive.

My guess is that you're looking in the Library folder in your home directory. There are two Library folders - one in your home directory and one for the system. If you go to the system one (found at /Library or Your HD > Library), it's there. Perhaps the more important question is why are you looking for this file?
