It's there for me.sudo find /Library -type f -name 'com.apple.Boot.plist' -print
/Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/com.apple.Boot.plist
My guess is that you're looking in the Library folder in your home directory. There are two Library folders - one in your home directory and one for the system. If you go to the system one (found at /Library or Your HD > Library), it's there. Perhaps the more important question is why are you looking for this file?there is no systemconfiguration on my library folder! what can i do?
thanx!
