So apparently iWeb has blocked my site because 25 GB of bandwidth has been reached because of an application that I was hosting.

I think this is total garbage! How do I continue with my site if I cannot use it because of a transfer limit?

I am paying for a .Mac subscription, yet I am still being limited?
How do I get around this??

Do you mean iWeb.com, or are you somehow talking about iWeb, the software product that Apple has available and allows you to upload to your mobileme account (amongst other hosts)?

Contact you host and ask why they have taken action against your account. They should be able to tell you what the offending problem is. I would suspect very large or very popular audio or video files.
