imac 20" will not boot after 10.6.3 update

imac 20" intel: i was intalling snow 10.6.3 update and now the mac does not boot at all. just a circle with a cross slash show on the screen. I can not even insert the Mac DVD. I tried reseting PRAM, SMC but not luck

Try safe mode....... Holding down shift once you hear the chime.

I am having the same issue. I was able to boot in Safe Mode. But my question is now what? How do I get it to boot in 'normal mode'?

Try downloading the combo update OS X.6.3 v.1.1 as an update was released by Apple. Here is the link:-
