canon 620

I need help! I installed a new router and now I cannot print to my Canon 620 wireless printer. I assum that's the problem because everything was fine until then. Any ideas for a fix?

Hi Tammy Welcome to the Forum. You also need to give us more info - what OS are you on and what breed is the router and did u set it up and have you been into Sys Prefs > Print & Fax to select it?

Hi:

You need to re-install the wireless Canon software and let it go through the setup wizard again. The reason your Canon won't print is that the new router is probably generating a different IP address - your printer is setup on the old one. Additionally, if you were using any form of wireless encryption, that too will have to be re-established.

The best thing to do is as I suggested above and that is to re-install your Canon printer and software. That should take care of it.
