Outlook 2007 to Entourage

Hi All,

I've made the move from PC to Mac, and have set up Entourage as my default email client.

How do I now transfer all my existing emails (including sub-folders, sent emails) from Outlook 2007 into Entourage, as well as my calendar items ?

Really appreciate any help.
