Headphone jack snapped off in ipod

it snapped off about half way down and i cant seem to get it out.
ive tried everything i can think of to stick, tug, shimmy it out but its stubborn.
any suggestions?

Jeez. How did you manage to do that? Those things take some doing to break. Maybe it's different for you. I have weak girly hands.

I have heard of people putting super glue on the end of a toothpick. letting it dry on the stuck part and trying to remove. It may be worth a try.
