I am trying to restore my address book and ical from time machine. Where is the data stored? I looked in preferences plist but it doesn't seem to be there.

Address book is user/library/application support/address book
As for iCal, I don't know where it is since Snow Leopard upgrade, but before Snow Leopard it was in user/library/application support/iCal
Hopefully someone will come along with it's location shortly.

Not there for me (OS 10.5.8).
I looked in Users/MyUserName/Library (aka ~/Librarry)... and HD/Library...
I didn't find the iCal file or folder in Application Support in either path.
