Upgrading my hard drive ... which to get?

2017 27" iMac, 10.5" iPad Pro, iPhone 8, iPhone 11, iPhone 12 Mini, Numerous iPods, Monterey
Both are good drives. Personally, I would go for the Seagate as it's faster and Seagate generally has good customer support and warranties. I don't have any experience with Hitachi replacement drives but folks in this forum seem to like them.

I have the Seagate from OWC and it performs like a champ.
