Hello all,
I'm a recent convert to Mac so be gentle.
My problem: My dog recently pulled my Mac Book pro off the table and 2 of the keys pospped out in teh crash - everythng else seems to be fine. My local reseller is telling me the whole top board needs replaced at a cost of £260. This sounds both horrifying and rediculous.
Can anyone offer any insight into this and or suggest a London based repair shop who might be less demanding!

If they just popped out, you can pop them back in. If the keys are actually broken in such a way that they won't snap back on, I'm sure you can buy individual keys from somewhere. If your Mac is less than a year old, you can call AppleCare and see what they suggest.
