Monitor all connected IP addresses

is there such an app where i can monitor / see what IP connections I am connected to?

Such as the ip addresses im connected to on torrents, on instant messengers, on skype/adium..

and connections via web browser (Google chrome)

From the terminal, you can try "netstat" which will show you the places that you've established connections to.

If you want a GUI version of the above, in the Utilities folder in Applications, Click on Network Utility and on the Netstat tab.

is there perhaps an GUI that also list's which application/program has the connection is establish with ?

(so i can sort by application connection or something)

If you want that level of control, might I suggest Little Snitch which will allow you to individually control each applications access to the Internet. As each application tries to access the Internet, you are told the IP address and port. You can then allow it access forever, or only for one time or only to one IP and so on..
