Most Boring St. Paddy's Ever...

Being with child is interesting enough, but last night was boring! Everybody else was having drinks and I got to... watch. So yeah. St. Paddy's 2010 for me was like... ha.

Bland. I ended up watching "The Black Hole" in another room

Is this your first? I know, it was awful for my wife - she was so grateful to have her first beer and some hot wings after she was done nursing, etc.

I had to work on a professional portfolio and other assignments all night. I did hear the people upstairs partying though. So, I feel the pain.

I got tanked, watched some movies and basically ate everything in the house.

Yep... first time mom. There are already a few things I miss. Waking up and not feeling bad is one of them. Seriously, what kind of way is that for us to evolve? Pregnancy causes morning sickness?

I never really celebrate the holiday, so a dull St. Patrick's day is nothing new for me. I bummed around and also worked on a law school assignment.

I fell asleep in front of the computer ...before 9pm i think !

I was on the mac forums, but had my tradition "i'm irish/german hybrid" weekly 6 pack in a night. Tonight I had a bonus round, with a bottle of wine and 3 8% belgian style beers (flying dog's raging *****, a hybrid beglian ale/IPA - it smells like a saison, but is hoppy and 8%. cool.)

Katie isnt allowed to has a baby. For a couple reasons. #1, we don't have that kind of cash. #2, 9 months of her without coffee would probably force me to commit suicide. That girl's a nightmare in the morning lol. She's what we would call a "high stress" individual. No caffeine scary. I'm a full blown addict of pretty much anything i touvh and enjoy. She, however, isn't so much an addict, as a scary crazy lady without her coffee n the morning.

I'm rooting for you when you get your first beer/other vice i n you that won't harm your child.

Watched the Boondock Saints for about the 7th time. Love that movie. My favorite one of all time hands down.

st paddys day isnt anything too me, im not even irish. it is fun to go to bars n get smashed but besides that i try to avoid all the parades with older men gettin hammered at 9 in the morning to celebrate their irish heritage...lol

I have had my time drinking Green Beer haha

It was the same for me. I sat at home and watch Tv while drinking a beer (Guinness). Let just say the draft from a bar is way better then a bottle one. I didn't feel like going out to see crowds of people drunk.
