I had a user account on my MAC deleted, however the user files still exist. I would like to get that user account listed again in my System Preferences menu so i can log back into it. Any ideas how I can accomplish this?

Your Mac's Specs
Back to my old 2.2GHz C2D MB after selling my MBP and wondering what my next Mac will be :)
Welcome to Mac Forums
You just need to go to system preferences>accounts and setup a new account.
In finder help type in "creating a new user account" and follow those steps.

A Mac is short for "Macintosh." It's not an acronym, thus it should not be capitalised.

To put it another way:
mac: a waterproof raincoat made of rubberized fabric
MAC: a data communication protocol sub-layer, also known as the Media Access Control
Mac: a brand name which covers several lines of personal computers designed, developed, and marketed by Apple Inc.

Ditto for iPod. :)
