Question: Firefox Tabbed Browsing

Hello,

I have a question about Firefox tabbed browsing. On my PC I can middle-click with the middle mouse button on a tab to close it- without extensions (I think)- but on my mac, that feature doesn't seem to be functioning properly.

I found this extremely useful when browsing and was wondering if this is just something that was left out in the mac version...

Any info would be appreciated.

Thanks.

The closest you can get to that feature is to use hold-click on a link and highlight the new tab from the drop down menu and let go of the mouse.

I just use command+w to close out tabs. I suppose you could command+click and choose close as well. I don't know of any mouse shortcuts to do this myself.
