Touchscreen unresponsive?

If you are having trouble with the sensitivity of the Touchscreen on the iPod Touch this may be the reason:

The iPod Touch uses capacitive touch technology meaning it passes a small charge from the screen to your finger to sense where the screen is being touched. If your fingers are too dry they aren't very good conductors. Trying moistening your finger. You should notice the screen is much more responsive.
