Address Book - Update Contact Info

Is there a way the contacts in my address book can update there own info?

I really dont want to have to manually do it each one (hundreds).
Can I send them a request (by email) and they just update their card?

I use to do it with Plaxo but Address Book or MobileMe does not seem to have this feature.

Any advice would help.

Send them your version of the vCard - ask them to update it and email it back. Then double click it to upload to Address Book - that's the only way I know
