Unless the Macintosh originally shipped with Tiger, then no. It won't. Why do you need 10.4 so much? We may be able to help with that!

can i connect 10.6 client mac to 10.4 mac server. I tired to do it before but no success

Yes, you can. All versions of Mac OS X can connect to all of the others. 10.6 will even connect to System 7. Get the Macintosh you want... it will work. :)

This is a 2009 quad-core Mac Pro model. These shipped with OS 10.5.6. So no...you cannot install OS 10.4 Tiger on it.
