I really hope someone can help me. this morning when i opened my macbook, i immediately noticed the color was way off. The display screen had blue dots and blotches everywhere. When i opened word, my document was completely aqua blue. I tried to take a screenshot of it, but when i opened it on another computer the picture was fine. I called apple and they told me to replace the screen would be 700$. I really hope its something other than the screen, does anyone know what it can be ???

Sounds like a screen that has gone belly up. What you are semi-describing would be stuck pixels. A picture is worth a thousand words here.
