hi all!

im thinking about getting a mac mini (1.42, 512 RAM, BT etc etc etc)...

but 80GB of HDD aint enough.. can you put a larger HDD into the Mac Mini? and if so.. what type, and max size? :bone:

Thanks in advance :)

you can, though I believe it uses a 2.5 drive instead of a 3.5, so a laptop hd would fit, just have to find one that suits your needs.

yea, thats not much of an improvement, so it may not be worth it depending on your purpose, but maybe get an external hd?

100gb is about the biggest 2.5in I have ever seen, I would say just get an external, it would be cheaper and faster

They make firewire hubs... I've never used one but I don't see why it wouldn't work.
