I've been trying to connect my MacBook to a TV but am definitely having issues with the connectors I have purchased. It is pretty unclear to me as to which I need exactly. I've been attempting to use this
mini dvi to vga with this VGA to s-Video/RCA adapter into a male to male RCA cord.
When I hit detect displays on my mac I get a clicking noise and thats it. No sound or picture.
Do I need this mini display port to VGA adapter connector instead? Or maybe a VGA adapter like this?
I'm really having trouble figuring out which ones I need. Any advice would be appreciated.
