Hi, I have a MacBook Air with Mac OS X10.6.2 and until now, I understood that my Superdrive was the only thing that would not work with a Hub. I recently had trouble using the wireless network and resorted to the ethernet. I purchased and installed a Trendnet Ethernet adapter and found that it also will not work with a Hub. It works fine when I plug directly into the USB port. Do I need a powered Hub and will that work with my Superdrive?? Thanks.

You'll find many devices that will need to be plugged directly into the USB port or require a powered hub. Am using a couple of these in the office and work great with everything I've tried.

Can't guarantee it'll work with the Superdrive since I don't have one, but I believe it would.

Thanks much. Bob. I would like to hear from someone who has used the Superdrive with a Hub.
