Mail 3.0 and gmail: not receiving email

Hi,

The problem is that I'm not recieving my gmail in mail 3.0

It works sometimes, and I still get my university email. It's imap for both. I also get my gmail on my iPhone and that's working fine.


Any help would be much appreciated!

I'm not going to be much help since I'm using Apple Mail version 4.2 (latest), however, if it's not working as it should, you probably need to remove the account and create it again. Do that from within Apple Mail, not your GMail account. Also, you might want to upgrade to the latest version of Mail.

You might also want to log into the GMail page and go over your settings, especially the ones that have to do with iMap. Some of the settings are buried within other settings, just go over all of them.
