Hey,

What is covered by the warrenty? Are hardware failures covered? What about things like the charger??

Back to my old 2.2GHz C2D MB after selling my MBP and wondering what my next Mac will be :)
Everything except for accidental damage or spills.

Ahh, ok thats good to know. And it's just for one year?

so if everything is covered, why would you pay for the extra apple care cover plan?

Yes, it's just for one year...... and the reason to get Applecare is that it extends the warranty to 3yrs, and provides you with phone support for that 3yrs.

ahh ok mate, cheers. i think ill just stick with the one year that it comes with. i can fix anything else myself after that.
