how do i go about getting the contacts off my phone

and saving them for use on a new phone?

trading my buddy my iphone for a brand new BB bold. and need to figure out how to transfer my contacts over...

Your iPhone's contacts are already backed up on your computer, aren't they??

PS. Your friend is getting the way better end of that deal IMHO.

they are, but its not totally recent.. i was trying to figure out how to update it but couldn't figure it out

and idk, my phone is a year old. his is 2 weeks old. i miss my old BB a lot.

also i'll add its the bold 9700. seems almost to be a bit of an upgrade from an iphone.
