i have full bars. but wont connect to internet

i have all 4 bars in my aiport status, but it wont connect to the internet. HELP

I'd unplug the router and the modem from the wall outlet for one minute, then plug everything back in and try again.

i know when i set up my APX to work with my motorola router, i couldnt connect to the internet at first because i entered an expired IP address in the airport admin utility. check your IP, play around with the last number.
