Error Message

I am new to the board and I have tried to find an answer to the problem I am having. When I try to access my gmail account I get an error message

"Too many redirects occurred trying to open “https://mail.google.com/mail/?hl=en&shva=1”. This might occur if you open a page that is redirected to open another page which then is redirected to open the original page."

I tried "reset safari and empty cache" neither work. Has anyone had this problem? How did you fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try deleting the Google Mail bookmark and create a new one. Make sure you go directly to the GMail sign in screen.
