I suffer sleep paralysis, a medical condition (look it up for details). I want to see exactly what is happening and what I am doing when this occurs, so I set up my Macbook to film me while I sleep, using iMovie. While this was filming, I was also running several projects on Boinc (distributed computing to hlp find cures for diseases). My Activity Monitor showed that both processor cores were running at 100% without stop, and I also had Temperature Monitor running. This ran for about 8 hours straight. Not only did the temperature stay within normal operating range, but it never crashed! Can you imagine a Windows machine doing this without crashing? This is incredible, and it is just a Macbook!
