I'm not sure what you mean by "save feeds" and "it," since there are literally dozens of apps that can handle RSS feeds. Are you referring to Safari? To Mail? Something else?

You don't "save" feeds, you subscribe to them. Just follow the RSS instructions for whichever feed you wish to subscribe to. For example: Apple has a RSS feed subscription for their news and announcements. Subscribe to it and you'll receive them along with your email whenever they're sent.
