Question about handbrake...

I'm new to the dvd ripping process, so I apologize if this is a newbie Q. I ripped a dvd using mactheripper onto my HD. Now I want to compress it into a QT movie to save some space, but when I tried to convert the video ts folder using handbrake it only converted a single chapter. Is there a way I can convert the entire program into one unified file? TIA

BTW the dvd is Zepplins How The West Was Won. Could the fact that this program has subprograms (Earls Court, Madison Square Garden, etc...) have anything to do with this?

Make sure the title is on the main program and all chapters are selected. You can tell by running time. If the disc breaks the main content by title then your only choice would seem to be to rip then combine the movies (QT pro or other such)
