Google maps on Mac

Macbook : 2.26ghz,2gb ram and love it
Ok this is driven me insane.

On google maps when you go to street view, you can not double click to go anywhere. I know we single click, but that dont work either. I can only zoom in and out and turn around.

How the heck do we actually move?.:Shouting:

Using safari, I have no problems navigating in Google Maps. I can click on the arrow to move one tile series or I can use the zoom box by double clicking.

That is the exact way I navigate Google Maps in Street View.
