Sleep light blinking on Macbook

So the sleep light is blinking

Never seen it do that before. First, try resetting the PRAM. Turn the machine off, turn it back on and immediately press and hold Command + Option + P + R. Continue holding until the system chimes three times.

If that doesn't work, do an SMC reset. Turn the machine off, remove the battery. Leave the battery out, turn it over and press and hold the power button for 30 seconds. Then, pop the battery back in.

See if that does the trick.
