How to install SSD?

I'm looking into getting a MacBook and if I end up with an older one, I will be looking at spending a little extra on a SSD. I won't need a lot of space (considering I can hold my entire iTunes library on my 16GB 3G S twice over, and that I'll only be using it for college), so I'll prolly be getting a 64GB or so.

Anyways... What must one know about getting and installing a SSD? Must it be ATA or SATA? Anything, really, that would help.

Thanks!

Definitely a SATA drive will be needed.
I've read that some SSD drives are slightly taller in height and won't fit well in the MacBook or the Pro's.

Man... beat me to it 6String...
