HI, I am wondering if there is anyway I can use speakers hat connect using those "copper wires" to my mac. Is there any adapter I should buy, or is it not possible?

You simply need an amp
Connect the Speakers to the amp and a 2x phono to 3.5mm headphone jack cable to connect the amp to the mac.
