Phantom file on desktop

I was cleaning up my Desktop by moving unwanted files to the Trash and all of the sudden a blank file appeared on the Desktop with the file name 00000002! I can't remove it or get general information or any other action.

Does anyone have any idea how to remove this phantom file?
