Microsoft Word problem with printing correct size

Hi,
Are you guys as sick of Microsoft as I am. I switched to Mac because I was so sick of problems with Windows but still use Word and am having problems with it.

When I try to print a standard document (us letter size) onto standard paper (us letter size) on my Epson printer the bottom inch or so gets cut off.

Everything is set up right, the page size in Word and when I print I even have tried the setting to shrink to fit the paper size and still it cuts off.

So frustrating it seems like a bug somewhere.

Any suggestions? Any help would be appreciated.

It would help if you could tell us which version of Mac Office you're using. Also as a note... if you have your margins set correctly and the document layout is correct, the problem might be with your printer driver.
