Problem ? with Parallels 4

I wonder if anyone else has this problem. Every time I open my Parallels Desktop, I receive a warning, in essence saying that Parallels experienced a major failure and would I like to report it. I did report it a number of times but when I finally found out how to get an answer, my free 30 day support was over (which I didn't realize) and I couldn't get an answer unless I purchased more support. I couldn't even join their forum. In any event, Parallels appears to be working fine, except for this annoying notice every time I start up and which I have to close. Did anyone have this problem? Thanks!
