Ipod 3G 32GB: Say song artist and title in different languages?

My friend's ipod nano 5g says the song artist and title in the corresponding language automatically when pressing the center button. Is there something like that for the ipod touch 3g 32gb? So far I've tried going into setting>general>international>voice control language, but the voice control is incredibly flimsy, and I have to speak the command in the language that's selected. Is there any way that I can speak the commands in english, but the song info are spoken in the corresponding language?
