MacBook Unibody Backlit Keyboard?

Hi all,

I've changed my top case for MacBook with a Backlit Keyboard one. Now the settings don't show up in preferences so I downloaded LabTick. The problem is, the keyboard backlighting is only effective toward the middle. Any thoughts on how to fix this?

I'm no expert by a long shot, but it sounds like it could be a physical problem with the lights on the keyboard.

Try looking for the drivers associated with the backlight. Just a thought

Thanks but there are no drivers made for the backlighting on the keyboard.
