iPhone - Voice Memo Problem

Hi,

I have a strange problem with transferring voice memos from my iPhone onto my Mac. When I access the voice memos tab in iTunes, only 2 voice memo tracks show up. On my Iphone however, I have around 120 voice tracks recorded.

Does anyone know where the problem is? It seems that tTunes is not recognizing all the voice memo tracks on my iPhone.

I have a similar problem between 2 computers...on my laptop and iPhone I have same stuff but on my Desktop when i connect iPhone, I don't see all that is present in iPhone.
