Archiving Mac Mail

Is there a way to archive Mac Mail by date as opposed to archiving by folder. I want to keep my folders, but only archive older emails in each. And I would rather do it at once instead of going into each folder and archiving. Make sense?

Not possible. Mac Mail only archives by folder.
