An iPhone 3G is changing ownership. It's currently jailbroken and need to know if restoring it to default settings will brick it under the new 3.1.3. The info needs to be erased and default restore seems like the only logical way. No more jailbreaking for this phone, for it's ready to go straight.
Again, Will plugging it into iTunes and restoring back to default settings and upgrading to current software be possible without a brick?
Thank you.
Please dont bash the jailbreak. It has served it's time and ready to go straight.
