I've had my macbook air for over a year and I've been so happy with it.
Recently, I noticed that a few programs didn't respond quickly anymore (mainly my browser, I use Firefox).
I took it to the mac store where they did a complete check-up and they couldn't find anything, according to them, these computers are this slow (although it has never been like this).
But now, all of a sudden, my Illustrator and Photoshop elements run so slow that it's impossible to work with (it takes more than 5 minutes to open a file !)
does anyone have a clue what I could do ? I work as a graphic designer so it's really a catastrophe that I can't work with these programs anymore.
