Getting unsupported color depth 32-bit wine: not found error

Your Mac's Specs
iMac 24", 2.66GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 4Gb RAM, 640Gb HD, 8Gb iPod (thanks son!)
Installed WINE on my iMac today then installed a windows program. When I launch the program I get "fixme:menubuilder:SaveIconResAsXPM Unsupported color depth 32-bit wine: Module not found" error.

Any ideas?
