Hello! I installed Final Cut Studio on my MacBook Pro about a week ago and it has been working great until today. When I tried to open Final Cut Pro today, a window popped up asking me for my name and serial#. When I entered the serial# I got an error saying "the serial # is invalid". When I tried it again I got the error message "Licensing Error: this application cannot continue because the software serial number is unusable". I have been using FCP everyday for a week and this is the first time I have encountered this problem. I have tried re-starting my computer, trashing the Final Cut Studio System ID file as suggested on other forums, but it didn't help. Any ideas?

Just being sure, this is a purchased version of FCS correct? If so I can't figure out what is happening. Will search around and see what I can find.

I need to reinstall Final Cut Studio 5.1 (original version+ official serial number) on MacPro osx 10.5.8 unfortunately, I get nothing but the Alert!
This application cannot continue because the software serial number is not valid!
What can I do getting access?
