Using Spotlight to find Folders NOT containing a specific file type.

Hi,

We are running OS X Server 10.5.8 that has thousands of folders which should all include WAV files. Is there a way to search for any folders that do not contain WAV files? I've been playing with Syntax Expressions and Metadata attributes but no luck so far. Can anyone help? Is this even possible?
