Convert CSS class to inline style -- paid/free, i don't care!

MacBook Pro 17" 2.33 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 2 GB DDR2 SDRAM
Preferrably I would like a DW plugin that does this. But I would be just as ecstatic if I could install a separate program for this purpose.

Here is what I DON'T want:
- questions why,
- web-based solutions

If you open up a html file in word and resave it usually converts to inline styles. Doesn't always do a consistent job (can easily miss styles in 2 nearly identical web pages) but might be worth a look
